How do I pay?
We accept payments from QR scan, Google Pay and PhonePe, and UPI transactions.
What is video therapy?
Video sessions at psych help allow you to consult professionals in the secure environment of your home or office at your comfortable time.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Any information you provide to psych help and our psychologists remains under doctor-patient confidentiality.
What is cancellation policy
If any appointment is canceled up to 4 hours before the session, a full refund is initiated. For other cancellations of sessions mail us for refund policy.
Does my therapy is covered by insurance?
As of now, in India, there are no insurance providers that cover psychotherapy sessions. The hope is to change this soon.
Does psych help provide corporate consultations?
Yes. Psych help undertakes corporate contracts and bulk therapy sessions. These sessions can be one-time or on a contract basis for the long term.
